The road to success is littered with failures, challenges and experiments. This is our experiment, our challenge, a possible failure, hungry for success.
The stories we always hear are about unicorns shitting rainbows, pots of gold hidden in every business fairy tale. We’re getting fed up with it. Aren’t the lessons learned from real innovation challenges, or even failures, just way more interesting?
That’s where True stories comes in. We want to give you a stage to elaborate on your innovation challenges and benefit from the wisdom of the crowd. Our goal is to create a network of innovators, helping each other and sharing knowledge between industries in an informal setting where “we all benefit”.
Our latest event co-hosted with Corporate Startup Summit carried the surprising theme of corporate entrepreneurship. 3 wise speakers took the stage to elaborate on their innovation cases that were topic of the discussions. Karolien Niederer (Vebego), Bob van Leeuwen (Interpolis) and Nick Kranendijk (Atradius), we thank you for your courage. We debated ferociously about tough questions like:
- How many employees should work on Innovation?
- How can we make it ‘stick’?
- Part time or Full-time? Appointed time?
- How to choose your innovation focus?
- How can we integrate startup projects back into the business?
